Enrollment Meetings
The process begins with the employee announcement letter, inviting them to attend the company sponsored group orientation meeting. An audiovisual presentation will be displayed at the group orientation meeting educating your employees on the features and benefits of your cafeteria plan. Employees have the opportunity to meet with a benefits consultant and review their various concerns:
